As we can’t get together in person for awhile, …

Hi all;

As we can’t get together in person for awhile, and we’re all practicing the fine Scandinavian art of “hygge” (being cosy at home, even if it’s not by choice), let’s use the internet for good not evil and try and stay in touch virtually.  Maybe you’ve read an interesting article on improving your macro skills.  Maybe you’ve watched a Youtube video by your favourite photographer, or artist and thought to yourself, “hmmmm….. this is interesting”.  Maybe you have some Netflix recommendations you’d like to share.  Or a captivating Instagram feed that would fuel our creativity.  Whatever it may be, let’s share and enjoy together.  If you have something, please forward it to me and I’ll compile them and send out an email to the members as often as works.

Here’s a couple of recommendations from DPC members:

Instagram feed:

  • @rachelle.mendez  Beautiful, minimalist architectural photography.  She’s who I want to be when I grow up
  • @rachaeltalibart      Wild and slightly abstract views of the ocean

Youtube:

Chapters Indigo has put out a list of Best Reads.  This is a good time to get caught up:

Many museums, galleries, parks etc. are putting out virtual tours.  If we can’t see it in person, enjoying them in the comfort of our homes with a coffee in hand is a pretty good substitute:  Here’s a few you may enjoy.
