Hello Everyone,

We hope you are doing well and staying safe. As we are all ordered to keep our physial distance to slow down the spread of Covid-19, the executives decided to bring Delta Photo Club to you. We will be using Zoom online meeting platform hold our meetings. Anyone with a computer, tablet or smartphone will be able to join in. There are Zoom instructions further down.

Here is what we have planned coming up so far:

1. March 25th – Meet & Greet – Come join us and test your Zoom experience. Hosted by Robin Bains & George Pierce. This will be a casual meeting just to touch base with you all, get your feedback on what we can offer in the future etc. Meeting will commence @ 7:30PM

2. April 1st

• Virtual Digital Night – Host: Holly Egan – Holly will be hosting our very first online Digital Night. Watch for more details from her shortly.
• LightBox Card Challenge – Host: Karoline Cullen – Karoline will be hosting a Lightbox Challenge where she will put out different photographich challenge. More to come from her as well.

3. April 8th – “My Pic – Your Edit” – Host: Robin Bains  – This would be a fun way to work on our editing skills and. You will be able to choose from a selection of images and edit the image to your individual styel, test and artistic flair. Then send them back to us and we will share with the rest of the club.

4. April 15th – DPC Black & White Competition – Hosted by George Pierce – With the Cresecent Beach B&W event cancelled, we thougth we have our own event and do it online. Watch for more details from George.

These are some of the events planned. I am sure once we start we’ll get more ideas and feedback from you all.

You will need the Zoom app to be able to join. It is a free download for you, you do not need to sign up (unless you want to).
