Saturday October 18, 2025 – 10AM to Noon, followed by Lunch at Speed’s in Ladner from 12:30

Our next DPC Outing will be on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at the George C Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary on Westham Island at 10:00 am followed by lunch at Speed’s Pub in Ladner at 12:30.

If the weather is very poor, we will send an email to the attendees by 9:00 am on October 18th to cancel the Reifel portion of the outing. Speeds will not be cancelled.

As we are at the height of migrating season, we will walk around the ponds in search for resident and migrating bird species, including shorebirds, waterfowl, and warblers. No need to book parking — just tell the officer at the gates that you’re with the Delta Photo Club. Non-Reifel members will need to pay – Adults $8 – Seniors – $6

• Where: Reifel Bird Sanctuary – 5191 Robertson Rd on Westham Island. We’ll meet in the parking lot.
• Why: To photograph birds and nature
• Lunch: Speed’s Pub – 4943 Chisholm St, Ladner 12:30
