February 6, 2019The Delta Photo Club is pleased to present “Tips to Win Over Photography Judges” by acclaimed photographer/instructor Frank Pali at 7:15 – 9:30 pm, Wednesday, January 2 at the Kin Village Recreation Centre in Tsawwassen.
Frank’s talk is about taking photos from ho hum to wow. He will give tips to improve your images: rule of thirds, composition, sharpness, story telling and how to improve photos.
He is a professional photographer who has won awards for his wildlife and landscape images. His extensive collections of stock photography are represented by companies such as Getty Images, All Canada Photos and Alamy. Frank’s photos have been featured in books and magazines worldwide. He is a CAPA certified judge and is known for his friendly manner and gentle suggestions for improvement.
Frank conducts workshops for clubs, small groups or individuals. He loves helping budding photographers in the field and will accompany individuals and groups to local photo spots. Following a recent trip to the jungles of Costa Rica, Frank was inspired to share his experiences with photographers and has partnered with an Eco Resort to conduct a series of workshops for 2018 and 2019.
