The First DPC Digital Night is Wednesday, September 19, 2018

Welcome to our new members and welcome back to our returning members! As we come back together in September, let’s celebrate our summer break by sharing our images. Our first digital night theme will be ‘summer’ focused and could include anything you photographed this summer, such as.

1. Holidays and Travels: Images of how or where you spent your summer.

Additional items could include:

1. Open category images
2. Videos or movies up to 4 min. in length

Digital night is an opportunity for members to share their digital images with the group. Those who submit images can choose to share or not share their photo settings, photo processing techniques, and/or ask the audience for tips and suggestions. It’s a great opportunity to learn from each other!

Each member can submit up to 3 images in each category. We will try to show everyone’s first submissions, then 2nd & 3rd as time permits.

• If you want your photos displayed the best, images should be resized to a maximum width of 1920 pixels and a maximum height of 1080 pixels.
• This may not be possible with cell/tablet images so please send us the largest image possible, up to the limits indicated above.

Note: To ensure your images are presented in your desired order and with your chosen filenames you must attach your images to your email via the paperclip or Attach/Attach file menu choices. Sliding your images into your email embeds the image into your email and, when transferred for presentation on digital night, results in degraded quality, out of order images and no filenames.

Please use these filenaming conventions for your images:
Summer Fun:
Summer_Lastname_1_ImageTitle
Use 2 and 3 for 2nd and 3rd photos

Open: 
Open_LastName_1_ImageTitle
Use 2 and 3 for 2nd and 3rd photos

Videos/Slideshows:
Vid_LastName_VideoTitle
Slide_LastName_SlideshowTitle

Images should be submitted to digitalnight@deltaphotoclub.com by 9pm on Tuesday Sept. 18th.
