Wednesday, January 31st will see members of Delta Photo Club and Forest Grove Camera Club coming together for a night of photo exchange. The event, casually structure as a show-and-tell, will serve as a mean to promote photography knowledge and appreciation, and foster fellowship between club members.

Here’s the scoop:
What: DPC-FGCC Photo Exchange Night
When: Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 7:30pm
Where: Zoom (see DPC announcement dated January 31st for info)

How to participate:
– Select 1 or 2 of your best shots captured in 2023 or 2024
– Be prepared to talk about your photos on the event night: share your inspiration, technique, challenge, or any interesting story behind the shots
– No theme restriction
– No judges, no scoring! This is all about you sharing what you love to do.

Networking and learning:
More than just showcasing our talent, this event is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow photographers from another region: bouncing thoughts, asking questions, appreciating different perspectives, broadening our understanding of photography as an art, and hopefully planting lasting friendships with the talented members of the FGCC.

Image submission requirements:
– Email up to 2 images to digitalcompetitions@deltaphotoclub.com
– Name your file #-DPC-FirstNameLastName-ImageTitle.jpg
– Deadline: Sunday, January 28th at noon
– Resolution: width 1920 pixels max, height 1080 pixels max
– Images must be taken during 2023 or 2024
– AI generated images not eligible
– Current Member of Delta Photo Club
