We hope you are enjoying the change of season as we get well into Autumn. We’ve had some beautiful Fall days. Our upcoming Photo Night will be on Wednesday October 30.

Our themes for October are as follows:

1) Autumn Celebrations: With Autumn we see lots of festivities such as Thanksgiving, Diwali, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos and Oktoberfest to name a few. If your celebration of Fall is simply rejoicing in the changes that come with it that is fine to. This evening will be about showcasing your photographs from this season’s celebrations.

2) Critters: Time to show us some of your animal photography whether it be Animal Kingdom or Beloved Pets…no feathers in this category.

3) Open: The opportunity to submit photos which don’t fit into the other categories.

Members: Please take note of the numbering/naming system below. Each member will go through their top, number one, images/videos for all categories and then we’ll move to the next person. As time permits, we will repeat the process, with everyone showing their number two images/videos. So ensure you pick the images/videos you most want to share in the order you wish to share them.

Videos/Slideshows

– Videos should be kept to 2 minutes or less in length for viewing.

Note: Each member can submit up to 2 images for each of the 3 themes of 1)Autumn Celebrations 2)Critters 3) Open

Each member can submit up to 1 video/slideshow per photo night.

Images should be submitted to photonight@deltaphotoclub.com by 10:00pm on Monday, October 28, 2024.

For the best display quality, images should be resized to a maximum width of 1920 pixels and a maximum height of 1080 pixels. This may not be possible with cell/tablet images so please send us the largest image possible, up to the limits indicated above.
