Our regular Photo Night team is not available so Greg and Vinh are stepping in to run this one.

Our themes for March are as follows:

1. Early Spring: For most of us this season we have not seen any snow and it’s been relatively warm meaning there are already cherry blossoms and crocuses that have started to bloom, there are even early out of hibernation marmots. If you’ve found and captured images like that, how about sharing? (Note: You don’t have to restrict yourself to this year.)
2. Photo Walk: Outdoors – we are looking for wildlife and landscapes here. The DPC Outing Team recently organized an outing to the TFN Boardwalk and Breakwater Path where there were many photographs taken and discussions had. Lets see some of those or any other wildlife/landscape images close to home.
3. Open: The opportunity to submit photos which don’t fit into the other categories.

Please follow the naming conventions so we can line them up all images appropriately.

1. Early Spring
   • LastnameFirstname-1-ES-ImageTitle
   • Use 2 for 2nd photo etc.
2. Photo Walk
   • LastnameFirstname-1-PW-ImageTitle
   • Use 2 for 2nd photo etc.
3. Open
   • LastnameFirstname-1-Open-ImageTitle
   • Use 2 for 2nd photo etc.
4. Videos/Slideshows
   • LastnameFirstname- VS – Category – VideoTitle
   • Videos should be kept to 2 minutes or less in length for viewing.

Note: Each member can submit up to 2 images for each of the 3 themes of 1) Early Spring 2) Photo Walk 3) Open

Each member can submit up to 1 video/slideshow per photo night.

Images/videos/slideshows need to be uploaded by by 10:00pm on Monday, March 9, 2026 using our upload form. Links to the photo and video upload forms have been sent to DPC members with subject “Photo Night is coming March 11, 26.”

We will acknowledge receipt within a day or so.

Remember, for the best display quality, images should be resized up to a maximum width of 1920 pixels and a maximum height of 1080 pixels. This may not be possible with cell/tablet images so please send us the largest image possible, up to the limits indicated above.
