It’s that time of year and the 2018 – 2019 season has come to a close.

Our final meeting will be held at Kin Village on May 22nd, 2019 at 7:30, followed by a social at the Rose & Crown Pub.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Meeting will be called to order @ 7:30

Lastly, just a thought for members, we had been asked if we would bring in more outside judes? What are you thoughts and for what nights ? Digital, Print, Competitions, Which night would you like to see them on ?

For all our members, we are a completely volunteer organization and all the execs and committees work very hard to make the club the great success it is, however we are always in need of help. Any of our committees would welcome assistance or just having a backup is extremely helpful. Pick the area that interests you the most and feel free to volunteer. There are many perks to volunteering: If you’ve volunteered in the past, we’ve missed you, come join us again.  If this interests you, feel free to talk to any exec or the chair of the committee that interest you the most.
