 ed to invite members and guests to a special Zoom presentation to commence
  the new season with Toronto-based sports photographer Jeff Vogan\, who wi
 ll be speaking on “From Hobbyist to Full-Time Sports Photographer.” Th
 e event takes place on Wednesday\, September 10 at 7:30 PM via Zoom.\nJeff
 ’s story will feel familiar to many of us. His passion for sports photog
 raphy began when his son first stepped onto the playing field. Like many p
 arents and grandparents with cameras in hand at local community games or s
 chool events\, Jeff started by capturing moments of someone dear to him. W
 hat began as a way to preserve family memories soon grew into something mu
 ch bigger—so much so that in 2016\, Jeff left the corporate world to fol
 low his heart and become a full-time sports photographer.\nToday\, Jeff is
  a Getty Images contributor\, Camera Bits Ambassador\, and photography ins
 tructor who has photographed everyone from amateur athletes to world champ
 ions and Olympic medalists. Along the way\, he’s learned valuable lesson
 s about not only the art of photography but also the business and storytel
 ling side of sports imagery.\nIn this presentation\, Jeff will share insig
