DESCRIPTION:Distilling the Essence of Architecture\n\nThe Delta Photo Club 
 is excited to offer an evening workshop with Angie McMonigal\, an award-wi
 nning fine art photographer from Chicago. Angie has been internationally e
 xhibited and published. She holds workshops around the world and authors a
  newsletter and a blog to help introduce photographers to her love of arch
 itectural photography and\, in particular\, abstract architectural photogr
 aphy. Her images typically concentrate on bold details of the built enviro
 nment rather than larger urban landscapes\, celebrating “those unexpecte
 d iconic elements hiding in plain sight.”\n\nPublication credits include
  Chicago Magazine\, National Geographic\, Wall Street Journal\, Forbes\, a
 nd Architectural Digest. Exhibitions by galleries in Chicago\, Los Angeles
 \, New York\, Barcelona\, and other destinations.\n\nIn this presentation 
 Angie McMonigal discusses techniques for creating more dynamic architectur
 al images focused on detailed and abstract interpretations. She'll share e
 xamples from various cities throughout the US and Europe\, emphasizing com
 positional techniques to make your images stronger.\n\n
