SUMMARY:Workshop: The Series Project with Rick Hulbert
DESCRIPTION:For the first workshop of the 2023/24 season\, Delta Photo Club
  is pleased to present the Introduction to “The Series Project” with a
 cclaimed photographer and educator Rick Hulbert at 7:30 - 9:30 pm on Wedne
 sday\, September 13. This project builds on the introduction to a the powe
 r of the creative series presentation Hulbert gave last season.\n\n“The 
 Series Project” is a three part workshop. It begins with the introductio
 n to creating a series. Part two is the production of a series with an Art
 ist Statement by DPC members\, due in October. Hulbert will give each indi
 vidual feedback for their series. Part three will be in December and will 
 feature Rick’s gallery presentation of the completed series on Zoom.\n\n
 Hulbert’s introduction will cover what an image series constitutes and s
 how examples. He will discuss the benefits of a series project\, detail th
 e process\, explain creating an Artist Statement\, and zero in on the comm
 on hurdles and roadblocks.\n\nMore details about the 2nd and 3rd parts of 
 the workshop will be given at the introduction.\n\nCreating a series is an
  ideal way for a photographer to explore a subject beyond a single image. 
 Having someone mentor the process makes it an intriguing and approachable 
 challenge for photographers of all abilities.\n\nTo attend the introductio
