SUMMARY:Fraser Valley Invitational submission
DESCRIPTION:This evening\, the Club will be selection submission for the Fr
 aser Valley Invitational.\n\nThe Competition is hosted by the Langley Came
 ra Club. The theme for 2019\, Circles. The Competition is on May 4\, 2019.
 \n\nEach club may enter a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 10 images.  Onl
 y one entry per member is allowed.  Individuals belonging to more than on
 e photography club\, each of which is submitting an entry\, may only parti
 cipate in one club entry.  Failure to comply will result in all of the in
 dividual’s images being disqualified.  Images may be in colour\, monoch
 romatic\, or a combination of both. Images not on theme will be disqualifi
 ed. Images that were entered in a previous FVI will not be accepted.\n\nSi
 ze:  Images must be in JPEG format and sized to meeting the parameters of
  a maximum height of 1050 vertical and a maximum width of 1400 horizontal 
 pixels.  Square format images must be 1050 X 1050 pixels.\n\nFormat:  Al
 l images must be in sRGB colour space\n\nTitle:  Titles of images are to 
 be comprised of 5 words or less.\nEach member can submit up to 3 images\n\
 nSend your images to digitalcompetition@deltaphotoclub.com. We will reply 
 to your submissions\, so if you do not get a reply by the end of the day (
 hopefully quicker)\, then check the email address &amp\; send it again.\n\
 nImage selection will be done at the April 3rd club meeting with input fro
 m members as we have done in the past few years. We will separate into gro
 ups to discuss images &amp\; each group will come up with a score.\nWe may
  submit a minimum of 4 images up to a maximum of 10 images with the highes
 t scoring images from unique makers being sent to the competition. This is
  a club competition only.\n\nThe final judging will be held on May 4\, 201
 9 at Clayton Heights Secondary School\, Surrey\, with doors open at 6:30pm
  &amp\; judging starting at 7:30pm.\nIf you wish to join the group from th
 e club going to this event\, information will be sent out nearer the time.
